With PT Pistons being produced with the latest casting and technology, IMSE supplies high quality diesel engine pistons for a wide range of industrial, locomotives and marine applications.

With a machining workshop of 3,500m² and a plant area covering 20,000m², approximately 12,000 pistons are produced yearly. At present, the plant has the capacity to produce 20,000 pistons annually. We offer pistons ranging from 160mm to 500mm in size.

We manufacture single-part pistons (aluminium casting with ring carrier), one-piece monobloc thin-wall cast iron pistons & composite pistons (forged steel crown with forged aluminium skirt/cast iron skirt).

To meet our key objectives of product quality, our testing and quality control is precise and innovative. Ultra-sonic, dye-penetrant and x-ray testing consistently ensure that PT pistons are crack-free and according to the industrial standards.
